OUR PORK PRODUCTS

Our pork comes from the UW Swine Research & Teaching Center in Arlington, WI. We process these animals entirely in our building and strive to fully utilize them. Hard to find cuts, offal, and custom orders are our specialty. We frequently have ¼, ½, and whole pigs available to stock up your freezer.

All of our pork is priced per pound.
